Default rebuilding turbos

i dont know what 2 do. i plan on paying someone to do it for me. it has very little shaft play but needs new seals. is there a kit i can buy with every i need and what do the rebuilders do to get rid of the shaft play? im totally lost on this someone help plz lol! its a Garrett T3 60 trim.

I sent a bad turbo to Blaast, heven't used it yet, but they had good communications and fast turnaround, plus their pricing was very reasonable. I haven't heard anything bad about them yet.
