15x7.5 on eg?
Rubbing depends on tire size (which you don't mention) and offset (which you don't mention) as well as on wheel width.
I think 15x7.5 is a bad choice for wheels for a '92-95 Civic. On 15" wheels, you need 195/50-15 tires, and most tires that size are only approved for wheels 5.5-7.0 inches wide. Even 15x7 will look really stretched. Stick with 15x6 or 15x6.5 and you will be fine.

i got si wheels wraped with 205/50/15
i was thinkin about getin the slipstreams for daily 15x7 or 15x6.5 not sure yet
if i put BFGs on either would it be ok to drive daily? 225/50/15

For street use, stick with 195/50-15 for your car. 205/50-15 is too big, and 225/50-15 is WAY too big. Those larger sizes make your car accelerate slower, throw off the speedometer and odometer, and may rub on the fenders and/or wheel wells. If this is for the track or dragstrip, do whatever you want, but for the street, stick with 195/50-15.
