would it be a good idea to put a h22 longblock with a d16y8 tranny or should i just save a little more for a b series tranny

about how much would the whole h2b cost?
do i need to install it myself? or are h2b's popular enough that if i take it to a shop they would have the knowledge to help with the building and istallation?
is there anyway possible to pass smog with a stock h2b?

do i need to install it myself? you can do it yourself if you have the tools and some knowledge is there anyway possible to pass smog with a stock h2b? Im sure it can since they dont check the transmission.</TD></TR></TABLE>

 

i would go with a b-16 tranny w/ adaptor plate
