I have swapped a B18A1 into my CRX.

The required wiring changes for dpfi to mpfi were done. A d series engine harness was used to allow engine to chassis harness connectors to fit without modification. As of a couple days ago it has a new distributor. The ECU is a PR4 from a 90 integra, unfortunately I do not have a spare to test with at this time.

When the key is turned to the on position the ECU flashes codes 6 and 10. The coolant temp and intake air temp sensors are connected. When turning it over it fires on two cylinders once and will continue to crank without firing again. Every time it turns over it will do this. The codes do not change when this happens.

I plan on checking resistance on the coolant temp and intake air temp sensors but doubt they are preventing it from running.

What could be causing this?
