alright, so all of this happened after i changed all of the wiring under the dash. The harness i had before had the ecu wiring hacked, so i replaced with one off the same car. 90 civic hb DX. I re-used my cluster wiring harness, and re-did the mpfi, (ive done it some many times, im certain 100% its right). Anyways, i plugged both grounds under the dash ( one near the cluster, and the other by the latch to open the hood) , and plug everything back in.
I go to start the car, and no lights turn on, on my cluster, "odd", i thought. both grounds are tight, and only the check engine light is on, and there is this beeping sound coming from under dash. i also noticed that when it beeps, my Temp gauge goes up, with the rythim of the beep, and this is with the car off.
Anyways, i wanted to ask, if there are any other ground, i might of pehaps forgot to plug/screw in.
when i press the emergency switch, they stay both lit on. my headlights turn on, corners, everything! just no cluster. i havent plugged in my clock yet, and i dont have a radio, so i will be plugging those in, and see what happens.
Any help will be great! Thanks.

P.s: I hope you can tell what my problem is, lol.

Yikes. Wiring gremlins are the worst. I'd suggest trying to plug in your stereo and clock, then checking your fuses.
Looks like somebody beat me to that. Do you have a second cluster you could test?
