Default Denso O2 Sensor.... Get IDENTICAL or UNIVERSAL?

I'm done trying to trick the ecu with the foulers and resistors... none worked, i am planning on buying an O2 sensor for my 96 dx.... now i want to know is there any difference in getting the IDENTICAL on and the UNIVERSAL one aside from that i know i have to splice the plug to the universal one... thanx in advanced

Denso Super Class OE identical O2 sensor 234-4065 234-4065 REAR; $84.82

Denso Regular Class Universal O2 sensor 234-4209 234-4209 REAR; $45.92

And i am assumping "rear" means After Cat... can someone please also verify that.

i would get identical, just to save the time of wiring it up(im lazy), but i have no choice cause my wires were alredy extended. i heard a couple people have problems with universals too, don't know how true that is. rear means after cat.

get the identical - its fukc-up-proof

rear is your secondary, yes
(however, if the front/primary is any cheaper, get that, because theyre the same exact thing)

$45 for a direct plug-in NTK #24172 (subsidiary of NGK) O2 sensor. I'm using one and it works like a charm.
