Whats goin on guys, I recently got my Emissions done, they failed me cause i had a test pipe on my Car, So I recently put a Brand new stock cat on there and STILL FAILED!!! under the NO PPM Level the limit was 2400 and I rated at 3130, i have a 1995 EG with a B18C Swap with Skunk2 Exhaust and DC Headers with O2 Sensor.. They said that i was over the limit where it said NO ppm.. what does that mean?

try throwing a stock cat on there

 

u tried to pass emissions with a test pipe? come on dood, im assuming u have more common sense than that

 

you didnt have a cat in and you dont know why you didnt pass? im speechless.

 

no no no im sorry i forgot to add that I took the test piper off and Put a Stock Cat on there. Then it still failed... Cause under the NO PPM the limit was 2400 and I got 3130 with a stock cat

 

change your plugs, air filter and put fresh gas in the car. Check to see if your o2 is still good
