Default ef9 new suspension budget help

im on a 800 dollar budget and i want to fix the suspension on 89 civic si hatch. i heard alot of **** about all these kind of coilovers, shox, sway bars, etc. but keeps me going in circles. looking to hook up a suspension that will handle bad *** in tight turns @ sum wat fast speeds but at the same time have a nice ride for regular street driving and sumtimes for track driving and also to have a 2 in drop from stock height
anyones opinion will help greatly

ground control coilovers with the basic 4g civic spring rates (? i think they're 275 & 350?)

tociko blue shocks

22mm progress rear sway bar

should be a reasonable price

Tokico ILK Suspension Kits is $589 that includes lowering springs and adjustable shocks, the drop is about 1.5" they are decent for the price

it would bad advice to recommend tokico blues. it would be worse advice to mate them with ground controls.

get illuminas. period.

then get whatever springs you want. neuspeed race springs, or eibach race kit, whatever.

then spend $125 on an aftermarket rear swaybar like suspension techniques.

end.

koni yellows, w/eibach race kits imo, if you can stretch your budget just a bit more get the konis with GCs. in the long run its worth it.

AGX new 450
GC used 50
Autopower 4 pt used "that makes the tight turns you want fun" 300
ST rear sway bar used 100

I exceeed your budget by 100 but seriously i love this set up...the only reccomendation would be to get illuminas or Konis...I have heard great things about the two...not so much AGX
