which tyre size for 16" rims?
195/40/16 (Dunlop SP Sport 9000, Pirelli P Zero Nero, Yokohoma s.drive)
195/45/16 (Pirelli P Zero Nero, Yokohoma s.drive, Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D2)
195/50/16 (Kumho ECSTA SPT KU31)
or
205/40/16 (Kumho ECSTA SPT KU31)
or
205/45/16 (Nangkan NS1, Pirelli P Zero Nero, Dunlop SP Sport 9000)
or
205/50/16 (Falken FK-452)
Other sizes, brands? Please tell!
Main goal is to have the best grip and handling on street, threadwear is a minor point, and tyre sound preferably not too load, but is also not a major issue!

What size tires should I get?
The proper size depends on your car, not just the wheels you are using.
For a CRX, del sol, or pre-'96 Civic, the following sizes are usually best:
13" - 175/70-13
14" - 185/60-14, 195/55-14
15" - 195/50-15
16" - 205/40-16
For an Integra or '97-00 Civic, the following sizes are usually best:
14" - 185/65-14, 195/60-14
15" - 195/55/15, 205/50-15
16" - 205/45-16, 215/45-16
17" - 205/40/17

If this is for an Integra Type R, you need either 205/45-16 or 215/45-16.

It appears you may be located in Europe, yes? I'm not sure which tires are available over there.
If you were in North America, and assuming this is for an Integra Type R, I would be recommending the following tires:
1. If you care ONLY about dry traction, get the Falken Azenis RT-615 in 215/45-16 (downsides are so-so rain performance and rapid treadwear). I think these are difficult to find in parts of Europe.
2. If you also care about wet traction and/or treadwear, the Goodyear F1 GS-D3 in 205/45-16 (downside is somewhat high purchase price). I think this is widely available in most of Europe.
3. If you also care about purchase price and you're willing to give up a little bit of performance in exchange for a lower price, the [Kumho Ecsta SPT in 205/45-16.
Of the tires you mention, the Nangkan sounds like an off-brand that I would avoid. The PZero Nero isn't bad but the F1 GS-D3 is better. I do not recommend the SP9000, which is really not very good (it's also been replaced by the SP Sport Maxx as Dunlop's top of the line summer tire, which is better, but still not as good as the F1 GS-D3).

Sorry, didn't read it.... but thanks for the info!
The tyres are indeed for an Integra Type R, and yes, I live in Europe. There are a couple of Falken tyre dealers here in the Netherlands, Í assume they can deliver the Azenis RT-615.

That is terrible advice the Falken ziex 512 is a horrible tire and nobody with a Type-R would put that on!
I would go with what Nsxtasy said! All those tires are great
