205/45/16 is what i'll be running on my Teg when I finally get wheels, unless I can find some GSR swirlies... but then I may switch to 16's later down the road.

Re: 16" rim tire size (beaterman)
I had 205/45/16 Toyo h4's (?? I forget)
Now have 205/40/16 Kumho 712
I'l be going back to the 45's since hte Kumho's got bald too fast and were a noticeably rougher ride...

you might think so but i think it'll look more racey. esp. if yours is a 2dr.
i have my 16s on my 4dr.. and sometimes it looks small.. sometimes it looks ok. my drop is 2.5 or more.

I have 205/40/16's right now, and I have the car lowered so that the fender almost kisses the tire, and IMO, it looks hot I would like 215's, though, so I might go to the azenis and raise the car a touch so they'll fit.

Here's 205/45/16 w/ about 1.5 ~ 1.75 drop. Hope that helps

I think the 205/40/16's look great too, my friend is sporting that size on his shumachers. but, if i had 16's, i'd probably go with the 205/45/16's because the roads here are f'd up, and the 45's would give me a better peace of mind, especially if you're going to fork out a good amount of green for wheels...just my 2 cents

Also its the closest match to your stock, if your concerned about your
tach....
Assuming you had an LS w/ the 14" tires...
195/60/14 -> 205/45/16 = tach 0.2 % too slow
195/60/14 -> 205/40/16 = tach 3.3 % too fast
195/60/14 -> 215/40/16 = tach 1.9 % too fast
