1 wire 02 sensor
heres the deal, 94 cx, 00 b18b, obd1 p75. it had a p05 prior to the p75, with no cel but ran like ***. i'm throwing a code for the primary o2 sensor heater. it has a 1 wire o2 sensor, is this what it is supposed to have? i've searched and everybody says "check the resistance" with no input beyond that. i'm quite unsure of how to go about donig this. 1 being is i'm an idiot, and 2 is electrical **** is way beyond me. if anybody has any insight as how to fix this it would greatly appreciated <3
You need a 4 wire o2 sensor - thats your problem
you will need to wire that in, because the cx harness is factory 1-wire....sorry bud
Here's the pinout for that

its really simple, actually - youre just going to need 4 ecu pins, inserted into the ecu plugs, then just extend the wires to the sensor - I suggest you get a 4 wire harness, and wire that into the ecu, so youre not dinking around with the sensor's wires everytime it goes bad
