Default Help - EK UKDM/EDM headlights/parts questions...

I have a couple of questions. I own a 99 hatch and want to know if anyone knows where I might be able to order some OEM UKDM/EDM parts online. I put a Civic Jordan grille on my hatch and need a new front emblem for it. Does anyone know if any markets of the world used glass for their 99-00 Civic headlights? Mine were super hazy and I wetsanded and buffed them, but prefer to go with glass ones if there is such a thing so they look great for long periods of time like EG ones. Also, are there any other variances in the tailights for EK hatches? Like on the DC Integras, where EDM ones have two white portions on each assembly instead of only one white portion like on the USDM and JDM ones. Thanks in advance.

1) There is no "Jordan" grill .... it's the same grille that was on all 99-00 Civic Hatches in UK/Europe. 75700-ST3-E00 is the part number for your front emblem, if you can find someone to get it for you.

2) There are no glass headlights for 6th gen Civics.

3) The only variations in tail lamps are the absence of the small square side reflector, and the presence of a rear foglight on the passenger side tail lamp.

Sweet! Thanks for the info. What I meant by the Jordan grille is, i was able to get a grille and cluster from a Jordan, not that the Jordan grille was different. Sorry for the confusion. Another question for you guys, I put an 05 S2K steering wheel in my hatch and it has the buttons for cruise. Does anyone know if they had this same steering wheel in Japan without cruise. I was hoping to be able to order a dummy panel if there is such a thing instead of just taking the button assembly off and having a big hole. If not, I might just sell this one and look for an 01-05 Civic R steering wheel instead. Also, is the rear emblem any different on UKDM/EDM hatchbacks? Are the UKDM/EDM headlights different in any way from the USDM ones? Clear reflector, city light, etc...? Thanks!

Absolutely. I am not completely certain about the reflector (though my assumption is that it's either clear or altogether absent), and city lights would also be standard. The reflector and optics would be designed to generate an E-code/ECE beam pattern which, in my opinion, would be a nice upgrade over your stock housings. You'll want to stick with LHD EDM ones, as the UKDM lights would have the beam pattern optimised for RHD use.

That's exactly what I was wondering, Padawan. Can anyone confirm this? Is there anyone else out there running any other 99-00 headlights other than USDM and JDM?

I can confirm it. They have the absence of a reflector, an amber cap, and the provision for citylights. They are also E-Code (way better than our USDOT ****). And yes, you do need to source them from somewhere in europe, as 90% of them are LHD, and the UK is RHD.

I'm positive there's a European version of Ebay. Just see if a seller doesn't mind shipping to U.S.
