Default Axle???

I'm looking to have about 190-200 whp in my 4th gen prelude with a Jdm h22a. I want to get some slicks for my first time at the track, i was wondering will stock axles hold up running 1/4 mile runs??
If not what axles should i get? and do you have any suggestions on slick sizes i should use? Also what rims would i put them on?

Also why do you need slicks for 190-200 hp? Stock axles will be able to hold that amount w/slicks.

because im trying to get low 14's or high 13's, with no internals in my 4thgen prelude, with about 200-300 pounds of weight reduction, and a tune. And im also tired of my friends ragging on preludes, i want to show them what they can really do

i personally wouldnt trust buying axles off of egay. And it seems that you dont even need aftermarket axles, just save your money and buy something else

The launches are what will kill the axles. I ruined 2 sets back in the street-racer days from dropping the clutch multiple times.

If you're going to hold the rpms high and drop the clutch on your launch at the track, you will break the stock axles eventually.

I run NAPA new axles on my H1 Prelude. No, I don't ask for warranty parts but they seem fine to me. I also used NAPA axles on my turbo HU ITR. No issues.

Toyo's aren't as sticky as drag slicks..
