Default My setup, comments please

So, I had been poking around in the civic/ hybrid forums for a while, but I got a great deal offered on a 95 prelude and took it. So, this is my build plan:
I plan on putting in a turbo by december, so I'm building based off of that
1. Acid dip the eninge, re sleeve it, and put in forged internals (pistons, driveshaft, crankshaft). Also, new cam gears and valves.
2. intake manifold and exhaust
3. New clutch and short shifter
4. Lighter flywheel
5. New fuel injectors, 550cc in preparation for the turbo and fuel
6. New ecu, not sure what one yet. What do yall run with your turbos?
7. Turbo and boost control + throttle body

What do yall think? All comments and suggestions welcome!

Got lucky and the guy just put on all new belts, so that saves me some money.

For that I would just run a spoon chipped ecu off ebay, make damn sure there is no rev limiter, should run perfect .

Forged internal driveshaft? WTF? No need for or are there really any forged cranks available...

Hondata is pretty good I think, but everyone seems to have their own preference. Search and read the FAQs.

Yes, it sounds like you're just daydreaming and you really don't know very much right now.

No, not daydreaming at all. I've done my research, plenty of it. Dont think I was asking for suggestions for specific parts; thats my bad for wording it like I was. I have everything picked out, put in excel with prices along with my timetable and budget for this project. Its 12:30 and I have school tomorrow, so Ill scrounge it up and post that later. The only thing I asked about was ecu for the turbo. Yes, I read the link in prelude sticky about the ecu's, but eh, Im still a bit lost. As for the forged driveshaft and camshaft, yes it was a bit much, and after further research found it would be a waste and near impossible to find, thank you for that. No, I wasnt just putting parts that sounded good, I was putting parts necessary to overhaul an engine with 150k miles so that, hopefully, by december, I can put in a turbo. Yes, i need to research the turbo more, and I am working on that, but the other parts. no. Theyre what make the engine go, and if i want it to be in great shape, thats what has to get replaced.
