I NEVER said "I don't know how to open it". I said "I have a problem opening it ". Besides I already did all what you have said before I asked people in here. Obviously I won't be asking for help if that's the case. Would you? I was hoping for a good H-Technician to tell me if I broke something why the latch won't do a thing for me.

Maybe someday you will experience my headache that I'm having. I have stuff in the trunk and the only way in there is to go thru the back seat.

well you should explain really what the problem is. do you not feel the latch "giving" when you open it? or does it feel like its caught on something?

If you don't hear any clicks when the button is press, check the fuse first and if the fuse is ok your lock actuator is probably bad. Here is how you open the trunk when the actuator don't work. Your will need a screwdriver and some patience. First fold down both rear seat so you can craw into the trunk, then try to remove both panel on each side of the rear hatch, the upper panel on the hatch not the panel that cover the strut. Their 1 screw on each side cover up by the hook that hold up the hatch dust shield. You should know what that is, if not you don't know your car. After you removed the screw, pop those panel out by prying from the front of the panel and pull it back until all the clips is released. Now you have the center panel that cover the rear hatch, there is one srew holding that cover, after you removed the screw carefully using something plastic and pry the cover down, again from the front. You will pry and pop the clips until the point where you can see the latch, their is a manual latch you can pull to remove the hatch maually. It should open when you pull on the latch, it is white. I alway do this when a customer can't open their hatch so please don't tell me that it is not possible. Take your time so you don't crack any plastic cover and good luck.
