Car was sittin for a long time, did a motor swap, and started drivin it around... gave it 10 bucks once and 20 bucks gas the second time and its been about a week on the road now... yesterday i decided to fill it and ever since then the gas guage has not even dropped one bar? I dont understand especially cause i drove over 20-30 mins last night and about 30-40 this morning.. help!

 

It is the float on the fuel pump, either the sensor is out or the float is sticking. I think you have to purchase the whole assembly, I'll call honda parts and see.

 

Yea you'll need fuel metering assembly, my cost is $97.04 so yours would be around $150.00. If you need some help on it let me know and I can get you the discount.

hey is that the price for the whole gas/temp gauge cluster? or just part of it? cuz i really need the whole thing!

 

I think hes talking about just the sensor and or the float to activate the sensor, not the actual gauge itself.

 

i got it guys it works.... musta just lasted long cause the tank was filled and i didnt hit vtec all day, lol. thanks anyway
