Default idle at 1200 rpm's

I have a 95 prelude and I just changed the radiator and fixed a leaking hose. I have bled the coolant twice. It now idles at about 2k when cold and while warming up, goes to around 1k, and when warm moves to about 1300 rpm. Any idea what's going on? Thank you.

try bleeding your coolant a little more and then check your level... also make sure you dont have any vaccuum leaks

vaccum leak would lower the idle wouldn't it? lack of air to the motor correct? It seems as tho his idle is high so that would mean its getting too much air. Or do i have the right concept wrong thinkin? lol
