idles crazy

when i turn on it idle low or high after i drive off n come to a stop its start to idle high n low........between 2k n 1k....its not the fitv because i dont got one(00 si throttle body).....its most likely the IACV......but this would be the third one thats gotten messed up in bout 2-3 months

also i have no CEL except for a 23 (knock sensor)

Check your coolant and try bleeding it (which I believe is just cracking the cap 1 click when its cold and driving it around until its warmed up).
