Google would be the best place to search for the differences.
But in short, springs are just Springs,
and coilovers are springs with sleeves to adjust the height.

lowering springs are only springs non adjustable.
coilovers are springs with adjustable sleeves.
full coilovers are springs and shocks with adjustable sleeves, some have other adjustable options like stiffness and such.
