supercharger question

Default supercharger question

is it possable or a good idea to put about 9 psi on stock internals on a d16a6
and if so how mucho psi can a stock d16a6 handle?

depends on the condition of your engine, tuning, altitude, air temp, fuel octane, timing, spark plugs, gap, etc, etc, etc. too many variables to just give a generic answer.


we cant just throw a number out there. but yeah, its possible.

well i just rebuilt my eninge w/ all new seals and spark plugs and lapped valves, so everything is pretty clean and runs good

still, what brand and heat range plug? what are they gapped to, etc?

did you buy it new from JR?
is so did it come with everything you needed or did you have to buy the bracket and stuff?

Bought it from a JR dealer comes with everything for 6 psi.
