Default would colder spark plugs lower engine temp?

kinda a stupid question but i have stock ones in right now and its getting a tad hot. ill be getting some new plugs sometime but maybe i should get them right away. sorry if this sounds stupid.

yes but how much you boosting ? if its over 10psi then try 1 or 2 ranges colder than stock

.5bar. ~7-8 psi. its just geting about 5/8 of the way up over the middle temp and my fans are maxed out. i just bought a slim fan. i know this will help but im thinking i might be able to run a degree or two more of timing without pre det. thanks

then at one range colder you should be good basic FI rule
0-5 psi- stock
5-10psi- one range over
10-15psi- two ranges over
15-up- three ranges over
