The peice on the right just looks like pipe cut to size.

I agree - doesn't look like anything more than a pipe section.

For the other, it looks pretty simple to make with a hole saw and a drill press.

i dont have any machining tools and the piece is not apipe cut to size, you would have to see a piece like that to un dertsnad it acctually has a backside to it

I doubt you're going to find those, you're going to have to make them yourself.

So its a pipe section with a bottom welded on?

Yes, acutally when i built my X-brace for the trun of my EK i took a pipe and a washer that had the same OD and welded that on... It is really easy for that part.

As for the other one. I dont see why you would need to go all the way around the shock tower like that. It seems for the sake of fabrication that it would be smartest to just build half a circle.
