I know that this is kind of in the incorrect place, but I already posted in the Classifieds as well as the Appearance/Cosmetic and no help there..
I'm looking for those rare 99 civic si (red/clear) tail lights for my 97 civic ex coupe. Does anybody know where I can get them besides the Honda Dealership (they want ~$400 for them..Hell no!)? No luck at junkyard, password jdm, jdmshit, google.com, yahoo.com, ebay.com, and the classifieds here...
Any Ideas?

yeah, they're not that rare. 99-00 civic si wasn't the only ones that got them.
all 99-00 civic (coupe have those taillights. so, yes maybe they are hard too find because you might be asking for lights off of a si, but you can find them for any coupe.
i'm taking it you are looking for oem, well i found some for you. searching can be a beautiful thing.

Ebays are the cheapest. There are many version. I think the EURO ones ( the ones that actually look like the stock 99-00s) would work and are cheaper. Craigslist has them too sometime. And try the Honda-Tech market place but beware of scammers.
They are not rare. I hope you mean the stock 99-00 Civic coupe tail lights. I am sure someone in the classifieds will have it. Post in the WTB forum too.

Usually I see them sell for about $100, though some people will try to rape you with the price. Just hold out and you'll find some.
Oh, and if you hopefully get them with teh '99-'00 wire harnesses in them, then the turn signal sockets will hold the easier to find amber turn signal bulbs. The amber turn siganl bulbs fot the '96-'98 wire harness are harder to find and seem to be more expensive sometimes too.
