Code 16: Fuel injectors
Code 17: VSS (Vehicle Speed sensor)
This can be found in the FAQ: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1710584
Clear up those codes first before you try anything else. For the code 16 you need to check your fuel injectors, if they are good, then it's a problem with the wiring going to them. Code 17, either your speedometer cable is broken or needs to be pushed back into the housing on top of the transmission. Otherwise, if your speedometer works fine, try resetting your ECU to see if it goes away.

Because when your car throws codes, that's BAD. Your car is most likely not revving over 3500RPM because it's in "limp mode". This happens because there is something wrong (you're throwing codes) and the ECU does this to protect the engine from blowing up. Fix the codes.

alright i fix both problems, for the injector it was just a wire was mix with a different one. then for the speed sensor, the cable broke so i just got a new one so now my car is running good so thanks for all the help
