Code 17 need some help please
Hi
I just got a code 17 on my car. Never had this before. Currently I'm running the greddy kit with 440cc injectors and VAFC hack. I installed the 440 about 6 months ago no problems what so ever until now.
According to the Honda ECU trouble codes its related to the Fuel Inejector Systems - defective circuit or unplugged/defective fuel injector.
I just checked all the wiring and connections all apears to be ok. Just wondering has anyone ever encountered this problem?
My guess is one of the RC 440s took a **** on me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Code 17 is radiator leak....usually caused by errant drill bits.
Code 16 is the fuel injection code. Your car will barely be drivable if it has a code 16.
Code 17 is the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS).
Try resetting the ECU and see if the code comes back.

its definitly code 17. the car rides good no hesitation, bogs, backfire etc etc. I was reading a 98 code manual code 17 is Fuel Inejector Systems - defective circuit or unplugged/defective fuel injector. My cars a 2000 Si so I'm guessing its different codes hehe.
I tried resetting the ecu but still same problem. code 17. I'll double check everthing again see if I missed anything. kinda weird I had no problems with this setup for 6 months.

Herman:
The reason why I don't think it's the fuel injector system is because I've got that code before. Lemme tell you, the car ran like total ***. It was smoking, stinking, and wouldn't rev beyond 3500. It turned out to be a problem with the injector wiring. I had a sharp solder joint that had poked through the shrink tube, allowing the #4 injector to periodically ground itself to the intake manifold.
