Default Anyone run this tupe of injector resistor

I have always seen people use the box type resistors anyone use this method..

I ran those with my 450s when i first starting turbo and they worked fine. Dont know how theyll work with bigger injectors though.

I would just be carefull when using the clay style of resistors. Yes they are cheaply courced from any Radio Shack... but I have seen them fail. The conector is a single piece of wire that if bent back and forth a few times will snap off. try it with a paperclip before using them. Bend the paperclip back and forth a few times and see how easily it breaks. The wire from those clay resistors is a thiner gauge wire than mast paperclips.
We have use the aluminum housing resistors with actual conectors with no problems... spend a few extra dollars to do it right rather than loosing a motor because you are to cheap to spend the extra couple dollars. if you want more info shoot me a PM.

I used those, radio shack one now. I just put in 1000cc and my car dies if I turn on my head lights, anything to do with that?
