Do any muffler shops in the bay area mandrel bend their pipes?
I called like 10 places, and they all do crush bending.. you guys know of any shops?

i feel your pain.
What i came up with is order just the bend and bring it to a shop to have the pieces welded.
you can order bends from jc whitney. they sell all sorts of bends

try Michael's Mufflers in moutain view, they may or may not be able to help you.. talk to Steve. They made my downpipe but i think they used a pre-bent piece...

You can also pick up mandrel U bend pieces at http://www.magnumforceracing.com/ubend.asp . They are in Campbell.
