well i did a gsr swap in my 96 civic ex coupe. running b18c1 with stock gsr P72 ECU. anyways after the swap i didnt think vtec was engaging but didnt really worry about it. now today about 2 months after the swap my check engine light pops on? checked it with a code reader and came up with P1259. looked in my chilton and it says vtec system malfuntion. vtec is wired properly, checked all plugs and wire. oil is fine. in not sure whats going on here so if anyone can help me out i would really appreciate. if you need anynmore info please ask. thanks in advance.
