First time going to the track a 1/4 m track that is. Need help on launching?

First time going to the track a 1/4 m track that is. Need help on launching?
Right now I have a sohc vtec with a LSD stage 3 unsprung clutch 8 pound flywheel next week I am going to be turbocharged. The thing is I want to see what I can run now before i am turbo and then afterwards.
What do you guys launch at?
set up:
Nuespeed race springs
Kuhmo spt 205/55/15 tires
car is 95 civic cx hatch.

Why on earth do you have that clutch in your car?
We all launch at 10,000 rpm so that teh vtech kicks mad in and den u can hit yo nawz
Actually it's different for every car dude. You'll have to experiment.
Too low you'll bog. Too high and you won't hook.
