Default HOw much to charge for a swap?

Going to do a swap for some kid. its a GSR into a eg coupe. has everything for the swap except for maybe the passenger side mount and the cat. just wondering how much i should charge him for doing it?

i'd say anywhere between 100-300. Depending on whether you have to pull the motor or run into any problems...

It's not like a swap is a pain in the ***, so if everything goes straight forward and easy for ya, no reason to rape him on price

I think $500 is fare . If he take his car to a shop they will charge him at least $800

300 sounds good. you dont want to be green eyed and lose out in the end. plus if you do a good job he will spread the word of your motor swappin skills and youll probably get more business. think long run!

My buddy's shop only charges $425 for a swap and generally it doesn't matter what engine that's for...i think its a fair flat rate price....
