Ask for a belt for a Prelude S. The Prelude that came with the Accord F22 engine.

That's what I had on my car before I changed my AC compressor.

I've got a 5th gen H22A without the A/C, thus the compressor is removed. I've been running it with a crank to alternator belt for at least two year, never a problem. I've got an extra belt in my trunk I'll check it out and get back to you. Obviously its 6 ribbed.
