Default new brakes wont turn ?

I just installed some new pads and rotors on my civic? How much tension is normal after doing this? I threw it all together and the left rear spins with some tension but not bad. I put the passegner rear together and teh wheel is locked up, cant spin the hub by hand. Not sure whats causing it, i turned the piston all the way back in a lil more than needed. Did i skip a step?

try taking the caliper loose again and see if it spins then. if it does maybe the pad is not lined up with the piston correctly or maybe bad caliper.

caliper was good, just need new pads / rotor. I will double check to make sure the piston is lined up with the pad, but i'm pretty sure i had that good
