Default seat pan swap questions

first of all will it work on del sol seats? and second i put the del sols in there with one bolt to feel them and they sit a little higher then the crx seats. so if i swap pans will they sit low like the stock crx seats?

I hate to be an ***...
This is for KingDanOne
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by 89efDUSTY &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">on my rex its fits well and is comfy...swap out the seat pans; please dont just drill holes because sheet metal doesnt hold well if you get in an accident. The heighth is ok it feels about the same as the SI seats... Make sure that when you put them in you shave the plastic piece on the side because the floor has grooves and it wont slide. Also tap some holes into the arm where it meets the seat pan, use the correct fastners...dang i should have done a write up on this because this question comes up like every month or so, and people just half *** it...but i know if i get in a crash i wont fly out the window...PM me if you need more info</TD></TR></TABLE>

man i forgot about this thread. anywase how i did it. i used the whole recliner mechanism off the del sol seat it is bolted to the top part of the seat with 2 14mm and runs along the side of the bottom part of the seat. as far as attaching that to the crx seat on the crx seat pan there is 2 holes where the stock recliner thing bolts to the pan well on the del sol recliner thing one hole is there and i took the crx recliner and ligned it up with the del sol recliner and drilled the second hole. now the del sol recliner thing bolts to the crx seat pan. there is no allens anywhere on either seat. only problem i had was the del sol top part is narrower then the crx pan so it was a little dificult bolting the top to the bottom. and i used zip ties instead of hog rings.
