Engine help needed......badly!!!!!!

I have a 1990 Accord EX. Whenever i hit 3500rpm my engine starts to sputter and I lose a lot of horse power.

I am wondering if anyone would have a clue to wha the problem might be.... I need to know badly, I can barely get my car up to speed on the interstate.lol

wel to start off, check your distributor cap/rotor, plug wires, and plugs.

i have replaced the whole dis. and put on new wires, it didn;t help, and its confusing me all to heck...i don't know what to do, i use the car everyday, and i need it.
