whats up guys i've noticed that some model ef's have that plastic piece that comes down from the dash and connects to the plastic around the shift **** making it look like all one piece. like the crx's ive noticed they all have that. which models came with that or is that something you can purchase or what?? i want to buy another old school but i think those interiors look so much nicer. anyways thanks for any feed back.

I guess u talkin about the jdm center console that comes from where the radio would good to where the shifter is that u can buy from ebay or if u lucky enough u can find a civic at a junk yard that have does but if u dont wanna buy those jdm ones u can get the 94 and up integra console and they fit as well with the help of some modifications..
this what the integra console looks like:

 

its an optional console, as noted earlier, dc2 consoles can fit with modification, and i thought another model fits with modification. you get a bonus arm rest too. search the archived threads, they are in there.

Has anyone tried swapping in a del sol interior (dash + center console + speedo/tach)? Or one that is more rounded/modern? Anyone know if that even works?

I need the tiny square ash tray for the lower part. I really doubt I would find one but i guess its not impossible.

i heard the 00 si will fit also, with modification

lol Thanks. Its a rear ashtray from a 3rd gen with the pop up headlights. It was on the passengers side (theyre only one side) in the cutout/moulding of where the rear passengers would rest their arms ( if they could fit in the back of a prelude in the first place)

EDIT: They came in every 3rd gen as far as i know, so not hard to find at all, i actually called a honda wrecker and they sent it to me for 5$
