the worst boost problem wich i have ever seen!look in pls.
i'm runnig a b16 darton engine,with innovate turbo t3/t04e 60trim turbo,gsr cams woth stock cam gears,rc750s,hondata.
the problem is :
when i run with 15psi of boost full throttle in 5th gear at about 5000rpm the boost gets dance and takes from 8psi to 21 psi.../15psi spring boost only at the lower port of the wastegate/
when is set the boost to 25psi /15psi spring and enough boost to the top of the wastegte/
at 3000-4000rpm gets the boost the same....
when i drive on 50%throttle at 14psi boost is the thing same...
i have changed:
turbo
wastegate
bov
all vacuum lines
inspected the system NO leaks.
please help me to solve this problem

i'm having a hard time even telling what you're saying.it's really difficult to understand your writing.
what kind of boost controller are you using?have you changed it?or are you running only off a spring?

^^ Agree I beleive you need to look at your boost controller, you have changed everything but it and i have seen the same problem with boost controllers before.

so you're changing springs to change boost?have you tried a manual boost controller with a slightly lighter spring?
where do you get your vacuum source for the wastegate from?
