white is coolant. usually from a blown / cracked headgasket. or one that has been installed improperly 
(forgetting to torque the bolts down).
you need to remove the head... bring it to a shop and have it resurfaced. as it could posibly be warped(not a big deal doesnt cost alot.... i think 50-70$ MAX). and then clean it up and isntall a new gaskset. make sure to torque in sequence
