White Smoke Problem
So tonight when i was driving, i asked my friend to see what color smoke is coming out my exhaust and how much of it was coming out. So wat i did was i sped until i hit vtec and stayed there for about 3 seconds at aroung 6.2k rpm(stock motor ej1). He said it was inbetween a little and a lot or white smoke coming out. is this normal?

Re: White Smoke Problem
head gasket, just go to the big H store buy the gasket and some H-bond. Better safe than sorry. The last thing you want is major engine problems. Its not too hard of a job. Good luck brah

Well you can continue to drive with a blown headgasket as long as you keep putting coolant in it but you might warp the block. it isnt hard to change the hg but it still sucks.

Well, i've been driving around to see if there was anymore white smoke coming out and there wasnt, i rev'd it to 6.2 rpm and just some good O' C02 came out. False alarm?

Re: White Smoke Problem
Maybe something was in your exhaust. White smoke usually means coolant is being burnt. Your car doesn't overheat or anything? Let it sit running at idle for a few minutes and if the temp gauge goes up then you"ll know for sure its burning coolant and your gasket is muffed up.
