a lot of people will tell you to just switch to an inline bosch pump or another more powerful pump rather then two walbros. I have seen a lot of friends cars make great power with the setup your asking about. Do you plan to upgrade your fuel lines to like -8 or do you plan on keeping the stock fuel lines?

how much power you looking for?
dan made almost 600 on a single walbro and 1000's.
the 2 pump option has worked, and some swear by it. i recomend a big enough single.

I have never two pumped a Honda but I have done it twice on Supra's and it worked like a champ on them. I did an inlet from both ends of the fuel rail and the outlet in the middle.

there are many,
a1000
eliminator
db2015a
and many more
but they cost, and you need to change the lines.

In order to run inline I would recommend -8an. Jeff Evans ran 2 walboro's on his car. I'm gonna be running 2 bosch pumps on my setup. I had Aeromotive a1000 before which I maxes out at 630whp but I think my prefilter was getting clogged.

I was trying out different things and built a street car last winter that had a Walbro HP intank,1000cc injectors, didnt want to go with a big fuel system so i bought the MSD fuel pump booster.
We made consistent power in the 600s,when we tried to crank up the boost it would lean out at high rpms so i switched to 1600cc injectors ran a bigger line coming off the filter and turned up the booster,we cranked the pt74 up to 39 lbs and made 765 to the wheels but had to let off at around 8500 cause the air fuel would go up to 12.9s.
Ultimatly the car needed a fuel system, but we got away with it for a while till we torched the head.

Sorry didnt answer all your questions, just thought this might help with your question about using stock lines.

Endyn has a big bosh they can work to fit "in tank" you have toi send them your old pump assembly . menaing you just unhook the wires pull the entore peice out of the tank and box it and ship it. Endyn will then return it ready to go. not sure on the cost of everything but you can try them.

1 walbro HP in tank pump
1 Walbro HP in line pump
-6 feed
stock return
aeromotive filter
RC 1000's
62 psi base fuel pressure
Individual fused 10 gauge power wire direct to alternator

"Should" be good for low 700's

On the SFWD CFT/Red hatch we're using a fuel sump w/ 2 Walbro 255 Inline w/ 2 -6 line to the front. Each line goes on each side of the fuel rail & the return line in the middle of the rail... Using (4) 1600cc Injectors we made 826whp @ 38-39psi...

The Air/Fuel or the pressure never dropped...

Hope this answer your questions.

I have been wanting to do something similar to this. On your sump do you just have 2 6AN fittings for each pump? Also what size return do you have coming off the fuel rail and what kind of fuel rail is it?
