Default Civic '90 sedan engine swap

Hello all,

i have a Sedan '90 with the D15b2 engine.I want to swap this engine.
Can you tell me what engine fits to my car please?
I want about 140HP- 160HP no turbo.

for the street or track? several engines will fit your car... don't know about getting 140HP, tho. you can put most of the civic series engines (USDM and JDM) into your sedan, but it depends upon how much time and money you wish to invest. somewhere on this site exists a comprehensive list of honda engines and trannies. there are also very good how-tos as well. use the search

sounds like you should SEARCH first, but a b16a with about 160hp can fit in your engine bay with modifications.

If you want 140-160 whp, you'll have to go b16/b18. If you just want crank you can get by with either sohc or dohc zc with bolt ons. The zc's are easier to swap in with little or no wiring besides the required mpfi wiring.
