The simplest that i can think of is throwing on a b16 head, but some ppl think its a waste of time, i wouldnt really know, LS\Vtec swaps arent my thing.

 

you will soon come to find out its really all about how much money you want to spend.

uh LS=ls block 90-01 integra vtec head=b16 or gsr head put them together you get LS/VTEC

 

alright dude ill help ya... ls block usdm b16 pistons notch rods to accept gsr bearingsarp rod bolts type r oil pump. cometic high comp. head gasket b16 head compression should be about 12.2:1 - 12.7:1
u shoud be aight. this isnt a how to its mearly a realllllllly quick idea to set you on your path.
