Car dies when given WOT or throttle too fast.

Car dies when given WOT or throttle too fast.
So i just recently converted my 90 DA GS to obd1, i did it all correct. and turbo'd the car correctly.
Now when i start it, it runs like crap and when i give it throttle too fast it sputters and sometimes dies. also when i try to give it Wide Open Throttle it dies.
My boost/vac gauge is showing 20lbs of vacuum when idle.
