p28 is obd-1, have you converted. pr4 is the ls computer. it will start it up and run it but i dont know how good. si or zc would be what you want if you are obd-0

I just bought a 90 si with a d16y7, and it came with a pr4 ecu in it. The engine felt like it had no *****, and it redlined at 6000?!?!?! I threw a stock pm6 ecu back in and it made a night and day difference and the 6000 redline was lifted; anybody care to explain what could have caused this?

just get the PM6 or PG7 they will both work a hell of alot better than the PR4, which is for a DOHC NON-Vtec 1.8L
