Default Ls non vtec question!

Is it okay if i run a p28 on a bone stock ls non vtec with a gsr tranny? I think i'm runnin a p06 right now

why not just get the correct ecu for the motor.

if you want to get the correct ecu get the P75.

or get your ecu chipped and you can get a chip for whatever motor you wana put in it.
also vtec can be added to the po6.

Why? I don't understand. Neither one are the correct ECU, and either of them should be chipped and tuned for the engine, that said the P06 is arguably closer and at least wont throw a CEL for vtec. Either get an OBD1 PR4/P75 or get the P06 chipped and tuned.

Run a P75. I had a p28 in my old LS eg and after i swapped to a p75 it was like a night/day difference.

And some people will take your p28 on trade. I traded my p28 straight up for a P75
