mk so im not very smart with the engine names and everything but i was starting to think about swapping my old nonvtec engine for a vtec engine which is street legal which means USDM. However, when i search the web, i only find JDM engines which arent street legal. So i was wondering if anyone knew of a site, company, seller, etc. that sells complete USDM vtec engines? thanks a lot

Why would a JDM engine not be street legal?

Surely they can pass cali smogs regulations...
