Default 18psi safe on 93octane+9:1 compression

I wanted to build a high compression lower boost motor; but, I think I would rather have a 9:1 motor. is 18psi about the limit for what you can safely run on pump gas (provided motor is built) turbo is a 50trim t3/t04e .63hot w/ d16z6

depends on how cool you can keep the motor. also run the turbo at which it has the Greatest efficency for your powerband that will tel you how much boost you should run and if its safe

It's all about torque and heat. 18psi on that turbo is cake as far as heat goes. Just don't make more then around 280-300wtrq and you'll be fine on pump gas.
