Unless you're using a dyno (or at the very least, a wide-band O2 setup), you simply can't properly set that unit. To be honest, if you're trying to tune a turbo setup such as the one you've described, I would sell the S-AFC, chip your ECU, and use an application such as Crome or Uberdata. Either way, you need to invest in additional tools or pay to have it tuned. It isn't a 15-minute, DIY process.

what he said, or since your safc does a/f just get an digital a/f guage and ride around and tune it, thats what i did just make sure you keep it around 11.21 -11.41

You would need to have the gauge hooked up to a wide-band O2 sensor in order for it to be useful as a tuning aid. The output of the stock O2 sensor isn't sufficient for tuning purposes.

engine management is not something you want to cheap out on for a boosted engine. do what padawan said.

if it's already tuned with crome why do you need an safc? just retune if you need with crome.
