rpm jumps in the morning
hey so i got a 91 civic si with a jdm b16. the car take like 5 mintues to warm up in the morning. the rpm's jump up to like 2k and then almost dying, what can i do to fix this problem.

adjust FITV.
If that doesn't fix it, clean your IACV. If that doesn't fix it (or you recently changed something on the intake side of things), start checking for vacuum leaks.
Search for both of these as there are thorough write ups i read a couple weeks ago when i had the same problem.
