I just left your wonderfull city. For the weekend. Helping out at the battle event. But on the way back to the airport being late. I seen a py itr shell sitting at a junk yard. I wanted to stop and see if it for sale but could not miss my flight out. I could not see the front end but just the back. I know it off of route 50 and I do beleive the 430 something? It really right at these two freeways. If some one could swing by there I shoot you some gas money and will come back to get the car. If you could get me some pics. Or if a local and rebuild her. I would hate to see her go down the drain.

You probably saw the shell on 50 near the Speedworld. That's where most of the junkyards are around here. Do you remember the name of the place?

Omg, yes, thats were I saw it. I was in the back of the car trying to get back to the airport and I saw it. I did not get to see the name. just saw the py and was like dam not anthor one. Yes I was at speedworld this weekend working at the races and making sure the show went on. You guys have some nice cars out there. I am now a new fan of the rotary.

As for the car, if you want... I'll find out where it is and get it home, you pay the rest...

 

I was at the battle as well, but didnt stay for the conclusion. My buddy that I rode with had to get back home....

No don't buy it yet. I want to make sure it can be rebuilt first. And to make sure its worth it. If the front is all wrecked and smashed it kind of dead, lol. And the price has to be right. Yes your friend will remember me. I was the one that gave him his trophy for winning his class. I talked to him about his car for a couple of min and told him about mine. I thought his car was a fake itr because there is not to many rhd ones over here. Then he told me that he swapped the firewall. Funny shyt is that he told me between rounds that he drove it to mc donalds passing cops making all kind of sexy vtec noise's. And they did not pay him any attention. You guys got the best cops out there

I was in that area today so I checked it out for you. Good eyes...the PY part was correct, but it is not a Type R...it is a DC238 painted PY. Here are some crappy cell phone pics:

He must of got lost on the way to the airport and ended up in Isle Worth with Shaq's 64,000 ft^2 house along with Ken Griffey Jr., Tiger Woods, and a bunch of other ballers. As for the rest of Orlando, it is is just like any city...some nice parts and some very sketchy parts!

I think it must be "Drive your Type R day" in Orlando...I never see any Rs around here. This morning I saw a beautiful CW 98 ITR and then a black ITR on the way home. They were both beautiful, but they had a rear wiper (never understood why Acura added those back on in 98)! It made me miss mine so I am on the way to West Palm Beach to pick up a donor Integra for my theft rocovery 97R

I have seen another DC running around the area (not ITR) that was painted yellow. That one looks a little brighter than PY in the pics.

Yeah, I saw an almost identical one at UCF two weeks ago and wondered if it could have landed there that quickly, but I don't think the front windshield was tinted on the UCF one. The color looked pretty close to PY in person, I think it is more of my crappy camera phone. You would know PY a lot better than me though Have fun at CMP this weekend Dave!

Yep, thats the one I seen. Still has the hatch open and I did not see the sunroof. I was driving by real quick try to get to the airport,lol. Dam I did not know shaq lived over there. I thought he lived off the beach. I seen his house on cribs with the big lake in front. o well. Dam that car needs a lil to much tlc. not worth the investment from me at this moment. I know he converted it, but why did you post "LHD PY ITR" The car is RHD, whether it is an original JDM R or not.

And what do you mean "only a RHD firewall"? Yes thats the main difference, but he does have the RHD console, RHD steering rack, brake master cylinder and battery site on opposite sites, etc... and he himself sits on the RHD side. Just admit your typo.
