Default Supertech or Arais? please help me choose

i want to install some high compression pistons in my gsr motor... but im not sure if i should get the supertech 81mm 11.9 compression or if i should go with the arais 81mm 11.2 compression...i want to keep stock bore, stock crank, stock bottom end except for the pistons, bearings, and rods.... please help me deceide between the supertech or arias which would give me more hp, durability, and less problems? and also one more thing would you recommend changing my valves to flat supertech valves or no? please give me feedback if possible..thanks
